With the front two in the market seemingly cutting each others throats by going to fast there was always a chance of a surprise and Royal Bathwick supplied just that. She had plenty to do turning for home but the leaders tied up enabling her to get there in the dying strides. She should have no problem getting further but her future now lies in the hands of the handicapper. |
