 Aqualina whose three-year-old campaign was curtailed by injury, had smart form at two and early last season. She was dropping back in distance here after failing to make any impact over a mile and a half on her previous start. After tracking the leader Steno, she went to the front over two furlongs out and while she needed plenty of urging and swished her tail a couple of times, she kept on inside the final furlong.
