A pretty competitive handicap was turned into a procession by Calling Brave, who looked well for his comeback outing, and performed even better. Full of running when he struck the front after the third-last, he quickly skipped clear and , although untidy at the final flight, he was never in any danger of being caught. The handicapper won't forgive him for this display, which underlined his wellbeing and also his ability to stay this trip. Novice chasing offers him another option, and he has already been schooled over fences. |
