Following a stewards' inquiry, Sporteen, who passed the post, 5th was disqualified. The rider failed to weigh in.

ANALYSIS: Another depleted field here due to the changing ground conditions with 11 absentees. Victory went to the experienced ROBERT, who led after the penultimate flight and kept on under pressure.

Described as a summer chaser by trainer Dessie Hughes the winner had snippets of worthwhile form going back and he might be capable of winning again over hurdles before going over fences on this faster ground.

Another Biffo started favourite but once the winner forged to the front he was fighting a losingbattle along with Narrackses, who loomed up ominously approaching the third last having coming from off the pace but soon emptied when the race really developed.

The 92-rated Lord Archie looked another to be struggling on the ground when asked a question rounding the home turn while fifth placed Sporteen was disqualified after his rider, Barry Geraghty, failed to weigh-in.

Bumble Beet raced prominently for a time until weakening along with one-time leader Jimmymyman, who dropped right away soon after relinquishing his advantage.
