ANALYSIS: Winning rider Dale Gibson described the ground as good to firm. This was just an average maiden for the track in which QUADROPHENIA confirmed the promise she had shown on her Redcar debut, coming through between horses to lead inside the last furlong. Although she's not very big, she may improve a little more yet and may be up to winning a nursery as she should get in with a mark somewhere in the sixties.
Twinned, rated 69 and gelded since finishing unplaced in the Super Sprint, had every chance having shown speed throughout. He's had a few chances and might find life easier in nurseries.
