Taisce Naisiunta went into a few notebooks when landing the Irish Stallion Farms E.B.F. Maiden on her debut at Tipperary.
The Lawman filly was sent off 7-1 for her opening assignment and was always going well behind market principals Hasselnot and Greyscape. After taking it up from the latter a furlong out, Jim Bolger's charge went on to pull two and a quarter lengths clear in taking fashion.
Ger Flynn, travelling head man for her trainer said; "Kevin (Manning) was delighted with her and said they went a good pace. She had been working very well at home but we were obviously worried about the horses with previous form. She quickened up really well though, and showed a very good attitude." Connections justifiably seem excited about Taisce Naisiunta, and it looks likely that a quick step up to Listed race level should be well within her reach.
In Leopardstown on Sunday,Lope de Vega's red hot start to 2015 showed no sign of letting up when his three year son Endless Drama finished second in the Listed 2,000 Guineas Trial.
